Effective learning of biopharmaceutical processes takes place digitally

Practical training is essential for biopharmaceutical production.

Your employees acquire skills that are fully aligned with your processes on LEx (Learning Experience), either on an occasional or continuous basis.

Learning and productivity

Education in Digital Mode

There are many tools available to digitize your know-how. In a hyper-connected world, choosing the right method is of the utmost importance.

The aim is to hold learners’ attention to ensure successful engagement and optimum knowledge retention.

Sourcin transforms the concepts to be learned into images to simplify learning.

You can train more employees more effectively with instructions, lessons, and assessments in a visual format.

Routine Dexterity

Using digital resources in image form creates an uninterrupted flow of knowledge from the training session to production lines.

Having easy access to points of reference contributes to compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and overall efficiency.

Agile and Compliant

Having uniform digital visual resources facilitates technical process transfer, shift work and onboarding, irrespective of cultural differences or differences in levels of experience.

Sharing with just one click overcomes common hurdles such as distance, availability of experts, or difficulty accessing production lines for learning purposes.

While respecting Corporate instructions and international regulations, the educational purpose of our content enables your local teams to embody your technological culture.

The key stages

01

Objectives

Together we determine your educational objectives in line with user profiles and their constraints. We ensure that the training content is aligned with your requirements and therefore promotes knowledge transfer.

At this stage, a note of clarification is presented defining the general direction of the modules that will be created digitally.

02

Storyboard

After your technical resources have been curated (SOPs, work instructions, equipment manuals, etc.), we cross-reference the key stages with the actions of the subject experts. A master document, the storyboard, summarizes all the concepts that will be included in each module. The technical and educational storyboard contextualizes the knowledge that will be shared. It is the basis of all content creation.

03

Filming

The expert’s actions are filmed in your on-site environment. The context will be relevant and each key action will be captured in image form. In either report or scripted form, the cameraman and engineer make sure they have the shots needed to provide editing with the specific characteristics of the process. Each Mediabook or illustration in a lesson will be dedicated.

04

Editing

After on-site filming, we edit the footage to create a visual representation of the piece of knowledge to form Mediabooks, lessons, and assessments. To get your users excited about learning, they will contain all the video clips with graphics, animations, and illustrations that reinforce the meaning of the actions.

05

Validation

The content created is reviewed, commented upon, and validated by you before being made available as training and production support.

All the source files are the property of our clients.

06

Follow-up

Developments and process changes require adjustments to be made. You are free to update or add to your resources by adding content. Your projects are always available locally or globally thanks to the review workflow.
